This will be a quick breakdown of the holiday Easter. Like all the other holidays, Easter is pure astrological and is celebrated in some form by other cultures around the world. In fact, the observance of the Christian Easter is a version of the Jewish Passover. They are celebrated at the same time or close to it every year. They call it Passover because it marks the point where the Sun passes over the spring equinox. This also holds true for Easter. Notice the celebration of Easter happens anywhere from March 22 (first day of Aries) to the end of April. Aries is known as the sign of the “lamb of god.” When the Sun is in Aries, the “fur” of the land is full and rich i.e. the birth of this new cycle results in trees and grass appearing just as the wool on the lamb.
This ties into why they use Easter eggs as a symbol for this time. Eggs represent birth, growth, fertility and the period of Aries is the embodiment of that. The true “New Year” has historically been celebrated here, not January because it’s here that the Son/Sun of God actually begins his journey. It’s also why the masonic Order of the “Skull and Bones” uses 322 in their emblem. Note the skull and cross bones are occult references to death and rebirth. This again connects to the Sun which dies in the Capricorn/Winter and is reborn in Aries/Spring on March 22 or 3-22/322. So Easter is actually the SUNday celebration of the birth of the Sun as he ushers in a new cycle of life, abundance and light.
